Coaching / Support

Foursquare Multiply believes that coaches are a vital part of successful church planting. Our coaching network is comprised of pastors and leaders from all over the West Coast. Coaches exist to monitor the health and well being of the church planter and their family, aid in the integration of training into practical life and ministry, and coach toward the achievement of benchmarks. 

Coaches are an integral part of our in-person trainings and are assigned to a planter/couple after the 101 intensive retreat. Coaches will meet in person or via electronic communication a minimum of once a month to review progress, challenges, etc. and discuss action steps. If planters are not ready to move forward to the next section our team will work with each planter to help develop a plan of action.
