Intake / Assessment

At Foursquare Multiply we value relationship and leadership development. Therefore the assessment process is not a pass/fail environment. Instead, we are interested in helping potential planters discern God’s call to plant, as well as discern areas where we can help leaders grow in the planting process. Intake involves walking you through a 5-step process with one of our Catalysts. This includes the initial conversation, assessment, consultation, application, and reference.

Initial Conversation

We want to get to know you! Whether in person or on the phone, we want to hear your story and a learn about your heart for the Kingdom. Connecting you with a Catalyst in your regional area is the first step in the process.

Assessment

Engaging the assessment is easy. The tool we use looks at four areas (church planting, entrepreneurial leadership, ministry experience, and relational evangelism) to identify where you are in your overall knowledge and leadership development. After connecting with a catalyst you will be given a link to register for the “ISA”. You will receive the results as well as a coaching guide with suggestions for growth.

Consultation

Our catalysts are looking forward to talking with you, either on the phone or in person. We want to get to know you better, and to hear your heart and learn about your philosophy of ministry. One of our priorities is to ensure that we are a fit for you and you are a fit for us. We want you to ask any questions you might have about the process and help discern where the Lord is calling you next. We will also go over your ISA results and talk through your coaching guide to help you in the next steps of your leadership development.

Application and Reference

After connecting with a catalyst to discuss your ISA results and coaching guide, your next step is to complete the enrollment application that can be found below. This includes your basic information and a few questions about how you came to know Christ, any past or current ministry experience, and why you want to pursue church planting! We also value the roll that your Lead Pastor plays in this process and will also ask for their contact information so that they can complete a reference for you.
